For SEO, email and SMS, UGC, paid ads, web and CRO agencies

Ecommerce brands that need your service, asking for a call.

We find brands whose store shows the gap your agency fixes, big enough to pay for outside help, and get the person who owns that gap to reply.

The problem

Your best clientscame from referrals.

  • Problem 01

    Referrals don’t keep a calendar.

A month of good intros is followed by a quiet one, and you can’t plan hires around it.

  • Problem 02

    Clients leave on a schedule.

Brands bring the work in-house, cut budgets or switch agencies, so the pipeline has to refill every quarter.

  • Problem 03

    Brands get pitched every day.

Founders delete “we help Shopify brands grow” on sight. A pitch that could come from any agency gets treated like one.

The brand’s side

Brands that know something is offand have no one on it.

  • Carts left behind.

Baymard puts the average cart abandonment rate at about 70%, across 50 studies. Every store has this leak; the question is who works on it.

  • No one owns it in-house.

At smaller brands the founder runs marketing between product, supply and hiring.

  • The store shows the gap.

No email or SMS flows after the first order, a dated theme, product pages nobody has tested.

  • Burned by an agency before.

A brand that paid for work that didn’t move anything wants proof you understand its store before it takes a call.

How it works

From your offerto brands that raised their hand.

  1. Step 1: Map

We pull brands in your categories whose store shows the gap you fix, and drop the ones too small for the work you do.

  2. Step 2: Pick

Together we choose the segments where your offer is strongest, and the person to write to at each brand size.

  3. Step 3: Reach

We write short emails about the one problem you solve and send them from dedicated inboxes at low volume per inbox.

  4. Step 4: Hand off

Interested brands go to your sales team in Slack or your CRM, with the thread and context. Your team takes the conversation from there.

Sample angles

How we’d open the conversation.

Sample emails show the style we write in for a client. They are illustrations, not sent copy.
  1. One gap, named.

“Your store has no email after the first order. That’s the first flow we’d build.”

  2. A brand like yours.

“We did this for a brand at your size. Here’s what we changed.”

  3. A small first project.

“Start with one landing page, one flow or one ad set before a longer contract.”

We never promise revenue or rankings in the emails. We point at what’s on the store and what you’d do about it.

What we run on

The tools behind every campaign.

We pay for the data and the sending stack. You don’t buy seats, credits or inboxes.

Specialty 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses, US

    • Before: A previous agency produced nine leads in nine months.

    • What we did: Rebuilt the list from their own sales calls, wrote campaigns per product category, and warmed fresh domains for three weeks.

    • After: Qualified brand meetings from the first weeks, and a six-figure brand closed in month one.

“We spent a ton of money and maybe got one customer out of it over the course of nine months.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can you find brands that need our specific service?
Where the store shows it, yes: missing email or SMS tools, ad pixels on the site, a dated theme, a large catalog with thin product pages. We write to those brands first.
We offer several services. Do you write about all of them?
One service per campaign, so each email is about one problem. The rest can come up on the call.
Can you keep our current clients out?
Yes. Send us the list and we exclude those brands from every campaign.
Do you work with agencies outside the US?
Yes, if your clients are ecommerce brands. We target brands by the countries they sell in.
What do you need from us?
Your services, the brands you do your best work for, the smallest client you take on, case studies you can share and the brands to leave out.
What does it cost?
Start with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.

How many brands need what your agency does?

On the call we size your market from our database, show the first segments we’d test, and the person we’d write to at each one.
