What Romar AI does

Romar AI runs cold email outbound for B2B companies that sell to ecommerce brands, like 3PLs, co-packers, brokers and agencies, in the US, Canada, Mexico and the UK.

Where do you fit in a brand’s business?

Every product passes through a lot of hands before a customer opens the box. Find your stop to see how we’d run outbound for your industry.

  1. Make it

  2. Store and ship it

  3. Bring it across the border

  4. Get it into stores

  5. Sell more online

  6. Fund and run it

Sell something else to ecommerce brands? If one new brand is worth five figures a year to you, we can probably help. Tell us what you sell

Cold email to brands usually breaks in three places.

  1. The wrong brands get the email.

Most lists come from a job title and a keyword, so plenty of the brands on them could never buy from you.

We start from the companies: what they sell, how big they are, where they ship from and the platforms they run on. Then an AI check reads each brand’s website against the criteria we agree with you, and the ones that don’t fit come off the list before anyone gets an email.

  2. There’s no reason to reply.

Most cold emails are about the sender. Brands get them every day and answer almost none.

Each campaign is written for one segment and the one problem you solve for it, with an offer that’s easy to say yes to, like a sample, a short review, a demo or a trial. It goes out from domains and inboxes we set up and warm for you, never from your main domain.

  3. Nobody follows up.

A brand writes back with a question, nobody answers for two days, and the moment is gone. This is where most outbound loses its deals.

Our team answers every interested reply, calls when there’s a number, follows up and books the meeting on your calendar, reschedules and reminders included. Before each call you get a short brief on the brand and the person you’re meeting.

What 30 days of qualified pipeline looks like.

Our longest-running clients are 3PLs selling to ecommerce brands. Same buyer, same engine.
  • Closed deal

Specialty 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses, US

    • Before: Strong warehouses, but the brands they wanted didn’t know they existed.

    • What we did: Rebuilt the list from their own sales calls, wrote campaigns per product category, and warmed fresh domains for three weeks.

    • After: 5 brand meetings in the first month, and a six-figure brand closed from one of them.

“I can introduce you to Rodrigo. He’s been doing a wonderful job. What impressed me is he knew my business.”

What happens after you book

  1. A 20-minute call

We learn what you sell and which brands you want more of.

  2. A plan for your market

If we’re a fit, we come back on a second call with a plan: which brands to go after, what we’d say to them and how we’d run it.

  3. A trial

About a month of live campaigns. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on what a good result looks like.

  4. The full program

If the trial gets there, we keep going. We set the price on the call, once we know your market.

Is this a fit?

A good fit

  • You sell a service to brands that make or sell physical products online.
  • One new brand is worth five figures a year or more to you.

Not a fit

  • You need new customers by next week.
  • Nobody on your team has time to take the calls we book.

Questions we get on the first call

What kind of companies do you work with?
Companies that sell a high-value service to physical-product ecommerce brands: fulfillment, manufacturing, retail placement, customs, duty recovery, payment costs, packaging compliance, financing, and agencies that do SEO, email and SMS, UGC, paid ads, web or CRO for ecommerce brands. If one customer is worth five figures a year to you, outbound usually pays for itself. Low-ticket software is not a fit.
How is this different from buying a list?
A list is a file you still have to work. We start from our own map of classified brands, remove the ones your offer can’t serve, check each account, find the right person, write and send the emails, and change the targeting every week based on what comes back.
Who writes the emails?
We do. Short emails about the one problem you solve, written for one segment at a time. We use your sales calls and customer examples to get the details right.
What happens after a brand replies?
Our team answers, follows up and books the meeting on your calendar. Before the call you get a short brief on the brand and the person, with the full email thread. Your team takes the meeting and closes the deal.
How soon will we see results?
Campaigns go live once your new domains and inboxes are warmed up. Turning a meeting into a customer takes as long as your sales cycle, and with brands that is often weeks or months. We plan the trial with that in mind.
What does it cost?
Start with a trial, then a full program priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.
