Best Outbound Agencies for Marketing Agencies That Sell to Ecommerce Brands (2026)

On this page
Here's a call I have, in some version, almost every month. The founder of a small retention agency is on the other end. About ten people, mostly Klaviyo work for skincare and supplement brands. Their biggest client just went in-house, and he says the thing I hear constantly: "We're great at getting other people's customers to come back. We have no idea how to get our own."
His pipeline is referrals, a podcast he guested on once, and a Slack community he's stopped checking. He tried cold email himself for two weeks. A handful of replies, nearly all of them some version of "remove me".
That's the problem this guide is for. It compares 8 outbound agencies that marketing agencies hire to get new clients, with a focus on agencies whose clients sell physical products online: SEO, email and retention, SMS, UGC, paid ads, Shopify and CRO shops.
How we built this list: I'm Rodrigo, co-founder of Romar AI. We run cold email for companies that sell to ecommerce brands, agencies included, so we put ourselves on it, and first. I held every provider to the same checks: does its own site show it works with agencies, which channels it runs, what proof it publishes, and whether the price is public. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 14, 2026. Where a site didn't say something, I say so instead of guessing.
Top 8 outbound agencies for ecommerce marketing agencies in 2026
| Provider | Best for | Standout strength | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Romar AI | Agencies whose clients are ecommerce brands | Brand lists built from store signals, one service per campaign, run by the two co-founders | Trial, then a retainer priced on the call |
| Grow Surely | Agencies over $1M a year that want proof before a proposal | Free 7-day cold email pilot on about 6,000 contacts | Free pilot, then month to month (price not published) |
| Growleady | Agencies with larger retainers that want a public price | Managed cold email for roughly 10,000 sends a month | From $2,500/month, 3-month minimum |
| LeadFindy | Smaller agencies testing outbound on a budget | Ad-spend and hiring signals, low monthly base | $299 pilot, then from $799/month plus a per-meeting bonus |
| Belkins | Larger agencies that want three channels | Cold email, LinkedIn and calling, 150+ creative-industry clients reported | From $5,000 (starter package for agencies) |
| Outbound Sales Pro | Agencies that want an SDR team with phone | Email, LinkedIn, calling and website visitor ID | From about $6.5K/month |
| KNK Outbound | Agencies that want outreach plus content | Buying-signal targeting with founder-voice content | Monthly retainer, price not published |
| ReachIQ | Agencies that sell to B2B companies | Several roles contacted at each account | Not published on its agency page |
What does outbound for an ecommerce marketing agency include?
When it's done properly, six pieces of work sit behind every campaign:
- Targeting. Deciding which brands fit your service, your price and the case studies you can actually show, then building that list.
- Qualification. Checking each brand before it gets an email. Right size, right category, and some sign on the store of the gap you fix.
- Contacts. Finding the person who owns that gap and verifying the address.
- Sending setup. Separate domains and mailboxes, warmed before launch, so your agency's real domain never touches cold email.
- Copy. Short emails about one problem, sent in waves and changed based on what gets answered.
- Replies. Someone answers fast and passes interested brands to whoever sells at your agency.
Here's the split that matters most. Most agency-focused lead gen firms are built for agencies that sell to B2B companies, so their lists are full of CMOs and VPs of demand gen. If your clients are Shopify brands doing $3M a year, the buyer is usually the founder, and the best reason to write is sitting on the store: no post-purchase flow, a theme from 2019, ads running to a product page with two photos. A provider that doesn't look at the store is guessing.
1. Romar AI: Best for agencies whose clients are ecommerce brands
Romar AI runs cold email outbound for B2B companies that sell to ecommerce brands, and marketing agencies are one of the groups we write for. We find the brands that need what your agency does, check each one against your offer, write to the person who owns that problem and hand interested brands to your team. We work with companies in the US, Canada, Mexico and the UK, and we're an Instantly Solutions Partner.
Romar AI key services
The work runs in four steps:
- Map. We pull every ecommerce brand that fits your service and size the market.
- Pick. Together we choose the segments where your case studies are strongest, and who to write to at each one.
- Reach. Short emails about the one problem you solve, sent from dedicated inboxes on separate domains.
- Hand off. Interested brands go to your team in Slack or your CRM with the full thread. We run the cold email.
For agencies, the list starts from what the store shows. The apps installed (no email or SMS tool, for example), ad pixels on the site, catalog size, recent launches, the platform and the theme. An email agency writes first to brands with nothing after the first order but a receipt. A paid social agency writes to brands already spending on ads. A Shopify shop writes to brands on an old theme with thin product pages.
Romar AI pricing
Start with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.
Where Romar AI shines
- Qualification before anyone is emailed. Every brand is checked against your offer: category, size, sales channel and the store signal that matters for your service. Brands that don't fit get held back. I've seen agencies burn a whole domain emailing brands that were already happy clients of a competitor three times their size. A list that's been checked is cheaper than a list that's been blasted.
- We work on the offer first. Most agency cold email asks for a call about "growth", which nobody has ever said yes to. We help you turn what you already do into one small first project, like one flow, one landing page or one ad set, so a brand can say yes without signing a six-month contract. Sometimes the offer you have is good and just badly described. Sometimes it needs to shrink.
- One service, one category, one persona per campaign. A skincare brand at $2M a year and a furniture brand at $20M shouldn't get the same email, and they don't. The founder gets it at the small brand. The head of ecommerce or retention gets it at the larger one.
- Emails that read like a person wrote them. Plain words, short, about one thing. Every paragraph has two or three versions that mean the same thing, so two brands rarely see an identical email, while the facts and numbers stay fixed. Marketers can smell a template from the subject line; they write templates for a living.
- Published ecommerce results. Our public case studies are with 3PLs that sell to ecommerce brands, our longest-running segment. A specialty US 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses had qualified brand meetings from the first weeks and closed a six-figure brand in month one, after a previous agency produced nine leads in nine months. A founder-led 3PL in Winnipeg had 7 brand meetings in its first 5 weeks.
- You work with the founders. I build the market map, sending setup and testing. Margaux Malarme runs campaigns day to day and hands replies to your team.
Where Romar AI falls short
- No published agency case study yet. Our public results are from 3PLs selling to ecommerce brands. The method carries over, but ask us for agency numbers on the call and judge us on the trial.
- Cold email first. We don't run LinkedIn outreach or cold calling. If you want phone or LinkedIn in the mix, Belkins, Outbound Sales Pro or KNK Outbound cover it.
- Ecommerce brands only. If your agency sells to SaaS companies or local service businesses, Belkins, Growleady or ReachIQ fit better.
- A small team. Two co-founders run every account, so we take on a limited number of clients at a time.
Who Romar AI is best for
SEO, email and retention, SMS, UGC, paid ads, Shopify and CRO agencies whose best clients are ecommerce brands, and who want outreach that points at something real on the brand's own store.

2. Grow Surely: Best for agencies over $1M a year that want proof before a proposal
Grow Surely runs cold email outbound and has a dedicated page for marketing agencies. It names paid ads, SEO (including AEO and GEO), programmatic and out-of-home agencies among the types it knows, and it shows agency clients with named quotes.
Key services
- Cold email outreach, with replies answered inside a minute, per the site.
- Deliverability management, with domain reputation checked daily.
- Appointment setting, with replies vetted before they reach your calendar.
- Follow-up on LinkedIn, phone and SMS once someone replies.
Pricing
A free 7-day pilot: one campaign, about 6,000 enriched contacts, no card. After that it runs month to month. The monthly price isn't published, and a proposal only comes after the pilot.
Where Grow Surely shines
- You see replies before you pay anything. That's a confident offer and I respect it.
- It reports $15M+ in client revenue, 5,247+ sales meetings booked and 95% monthly retention, and its agency page quotes an agency reporting $7.3M+ in pipeline over 6 months.
Where Grow Surely falls short
- It's built for agencies doing $1M+ a year, with a client contract worth $20,000 or more over its lifetime. Smaller shops won't qualify, and the site says so.
- The page talks about agency new business in general. It doesn't describe targeting ecommerce brands specifically.
Who Grow Surely is best for
Established agencies with a big enough market that want to see real replies on their own list before any commitment.
3. Growleady: Best for agencies with larger retainers that want a public price
Growleady builds and runs sales infrastructure: managed cold email, LinkedIn outreach, data, AI reply agents and automation. Its marketing agencies page says it has supported 80+ agencies across SEO, PPC, social, creative, video and PR, with client types that include D2C and ecommerce.
Key services
- Fully managed cold email: targeting, lists, domains, deliverability, copy, sending and replies.
- LinkedIn outreach coordinated with email.
- AI sales agents and CRM automation.
Pricing
Managed cold email from $2,500 a month (USD) for roughly 10,000 sends, and LinkedIn outreach from $1,500 per managed profile per month. Three-month minimum. The site says it doesn't do hourly, performance-only or sub-floor pilots.
Where Growleady shines
- A real price and a defined volume for it. Refreshing.
- Its agency page argues for leading with a niche, giving the example of writing to "Shopify Plus stores above $5M" instead of making a general growth claim. I agree with that completely.
- An Instantly Preferred Partner, with first meetings typically 2 to 3 weeks after launch, per the site.
Where Growleady falls short
- Its stated best fit is B2B companies with $25k+ average contract value, post product-market fit. A lot of ecommerce agency retainers sit below that.
- Three months before you can walk away.
Who Growleady is best for
Agencies with larger retainers that want a known price and a team that runs a big cold email program end to end.
4. LeadFindy: Best for smaller agencies testing outbound on a budget
LeadFindy runs cold email and LinkedIn outreach and has a page for agencies covering performance, SEO, creative, web design (Shopify included), video and UGC, PR, productized and white-label agencies.
Key services
- Cold email with ICP research, lead lists and reply management.
- Trigger targeting, including active Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ad spend, a new CMO, hiring and funding.
- LinkedIn outreach as an add-on or in the Scale plan.
Pricing
A $299 one-time pilot (14 to 21 days). Growth is $799 a month plus $25 per qualified meeting above the plan target. Scale is $1,799 a month plus $40 per qualified meeting. No setup fees, month to month.
Where LeadFindy shines
- The lowest published entry price on this list.
- Ad-spend signals suit paid media agencies selling to DTC brands.
Where LeadFindy falls short
- The per-meeting bonus means the bill moves with volume. Fine, as long as you know it going in.
- Its buyer map leans on CMOs and brand directors, which fits mid-size brands better than founder-run stores.
Who LeadFindy is best for
Smaller agencies that want to test cold email cheaply before committing to a bigger retainer.
5. Belkins: Best for larger agencies that want three channels
Belkins is a B2B lead generation agency that has worked with agencies since 2017. Its agencies page reports 150+ clients from the creative industry and says over 20% of its delivery team has worked with marketing, advertising, design, SEO, PPC or video agencies.
Key services
- Appointment setting through cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Lead research and qualification with a 3-level screening process.
- Optional extras through partners: content, CRM, PPC, SEO and webinars.
Pricing
The typical starter package for marketing agencies is listed from $5,000, covering 1,500 leads a month across 3 channels and 100 guaranteed appointments a year. The final price is custom.
Where Belkins shines
- Three channels and a dedicated team: account manager, SDRs, researchers, copywriter and a deliverability specialist.
- One published case study is a retail growth agency that gets consumer product brands into major retailers, which is close to ecommerce.
Where Belkins falls short
- Generalist across many industries, and most of its agency content is about reaching CMOs at large brands.
- The starter package is the highest published floor among the cold email options here.
Who Belkins is best for
Larger agencies with a sales team that can take a steady flow of meetings from several channels.
6. Outbound Sales Pro: Best for agencies that want an SDR team with phone
Outbound Sales Pro (OSP) has a marketing agency lead generation page for branding, creative, performance, PR, content, web and full-service agencies. It runs email, LinkedIn and phone as one sequence.
Key services
- Cold email on authenticated sending, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
- Website visitor identification with Slack alerts.
- Market validation: testing which positioning and verticals convert.
Pricing
The page lists a plan from about $6.5K a month with tools, team and reporting included, and compares it with an in-house SDR at $9.8K to $14.2K a month.
Where OSP shines
- Calling and visitor ID on top of email.
- It reports 10,500+ qualified appointments, with first meetings usually inside two to four weeks.
Where OSP falls short
- Its target buyers are CMOs, VPs of marketing and demand-gen leads at B2B companies, not ecommerce founders.
- The highest published monthly price on this list.
Who OSP is best for
Agencies selling bigger B2B retainers that want an outsourced SDR team more than a cold email program.
7. KNK Outbound: Best for agencies that want outreach plus content
KNK Outbound has a page for marketing, creative and consulting agencies. It runs signal-driven cold email and LinkedIn, calls interested prospects, books meetings and backs the outreach with founder-voice content.
Key services
- ICP and buying-signal targeting (funding, leadership hires, rebrands, launches).
- Cold email and LinkedIn in English and German, with a person reviewing every message.
- Reply handling, calls to interested leads and meeting booking.
Pricing
A monthly retainer with a three-month build phase, then month by month. No price on the page.
Where KNK Outbound shines
- Campaigns live in about 21 days, per the site, with a shared live dashboard.
- Content and ads run alongside outreach.
Where KNK Outbound falls short
- No public price.
- Its signals (funding, leadership hires) fit B2B companies better than most ecommerce brands, which rarely announce a new Head of Growth on a press wire.
Who KNK Outbound is best for
Agencies that want outbound and thought-leadership content from one partner, including agencies selling into German-speaking markets.
8. ReachIQ: Best for agencies that sell to B2B companies
ReachIQ runs B2B outbound for marketing, design and dev agencies over email and LinkedIn, with AI used for targeting and message research.
Key services
- AI targeting of companies investing in the services you sell.
- Outreach to several roles: CMO, VP and director of marketing, product leaders, founders and finance.
- Messages built from each prospect's context and signals.
Pricing
Not published on its agency page.
Where ReachIQ shines
- Several stakeholders contacted at each account.
- The page reports 12 to 18 qualified meetings a month and an 85% average show rate.
Where ReachIQ falls short
- The page lists 8 to 10 weeks from kickoff to first meeting, the slowest stated ramp here.
- Its examples and personas are B2B (SaaS, studios), not ecommerce brands.
Who ReachIQ is best for
Design and dev agencies selling to B2B companies with several decision makers.
How to choose an outbound agency for an ecommerce marketing agency
1. Ask for 20 brands before you sign
A sample list tells you more than any sales deck. If it's full of SaaS companies or job titles like "VP of Demand Gen", it wasn't built for ecommerce. A good list shows, for each brand, the store signal that makes it a fit.
2. Ask what gets a brand removed
Size floors, wrong category, already working with an agency like yours, no sign of the gap you fix. A provider with no answer will email everyone, and "everyone" includes your existing clients more often than you'd think. Send your client list and ask them to exclude it.
3. Ask what you'll offer
"Want to hop on a call?" is the weakest ask in agency outreach. Ask the provider to show the first offer they'd put in front of brands (one flow, one landing page, one audit) and how they'd word it. If they say "we'll figure that out after kickoff", they'll figure it out on your domain.
4. Ask how they protect your domain
Outbound should run on separate domains and mailboxes, warmed before launch. Ask what bounce rate makes them pause, and who owns the domains if you leave.
5. Ask who answers replies, and how fast
A brand founder who replies at 9 pm on a Tuesday and hears back on Thursday has already moved on. Find out who answers, within what time, and how interested brands reach your team.
How much does outbound cost for a marketing agency in 2026?
| Provider | Pricing (as of October 14, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Romar AI | Trial, then a retainer priced on the call |
| Grow Surely | Free 7-day pilot, then month to month (price not published) |
| Growleady | From $2,500/month for about 10,000 sends, 3-month minimum |
| LeadFindy | $299 pilot; $799/month plus $25 per meeting above target; $1,799/month plus $40 per meeting |
| Belkins | Starter package for agencies from $5,000 |
| Outbound Sales Pro | From about $6.5K/month |
| KNK Outbound | Monthly retainer, 3-month build phase, price not published |
| ReachIQ | Not published |
Your market size, the channels and how many brands you target set the final number, so most providers quote after a call.
So, which outbound agency is right for your agency?
My honest view: pick on who the provider thinks your client is, then on price. If your clients are ecommerce brands and you want outreach that points at something real on their store, Romar AI is built for that. If you want replies before any talk of price, run Grow Surely's pilot. If you want a public price at scale, look at Growleady, or LeadFindy on a smaller budget. If you want phone and LinkedIn with an SDR team, look at Belkins or Outbound Sales Pro.
If you want to see how many brands need what your agency does, book a call with Romar AI. We'll size your market and show you the first segments we'd test.
FAQs
What's the best lead generation agency for a Shopify or ecommerce marketing agency?
It depends on who your clients are. If they're ecommerce brands, pick a provider that builds lists from store data (apps installed, ad pixels, platform, catalog) and writes to founders and growth leads. Romar AI is built for that. Grow Surely, Growleady and LeadFindy are agency-focused cold email providers with wider client mixes.
Does cold email work for marketing agencies?
Yes, when each email names one gap on the brand's store and offers one small first project. Generic "we grow brands" pitches get ignored, because the people reading them write marketing emails themselves.
How much does outbound lead generation cost for an agency?
Published prices on this list run from a $299 pilot to about $6.5K a month. Growleady starts at $2,500 a month and Belkins' agency starter package from $5,000. Romar AI starts with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call.
Who should an ecommerce agency email at a brand?
At smaller brands, the founder. At larger brands, the person who owns the problem you fix: the head of growth for paid ads, the head of retention for email and SMS, the head of ecommerce for site and CRO work.
Is Romar AI's list biased?
We put ourselves first, and we said so at the top. Every other provider's details come from its own website, checked on October 14, 2026, and we listed where each one fits better than we do.
