For 3PLs and fulfillment centers

Brands your warehouse is built for, asking to talk.

We find the ecommerce brands that need what your operation does well, from cold chain to FDA registration, and get them replying to your sales team.

Our longest-running clients are 3PLs selling to ecommerce brands.

The problem

Brands don’t leave a 3PLbecause of an email.

  • Problem 01

    Unhappy, and staying anyway.

Brands put up with late shipments and surprise fees because the move scares them more. A “we’re better” pitch doesn’t change that.

  • Problem 02

    Shared leads.

Matchmaking platforms send the same brand to four or five warehouses. You compete on price before the first call.

  • Problem 03

    Generic lists.

Most agencies email every Shopify store. Your sales team spends the week on brands with 40 orders a month or products you can’t store.

The brand’s side

What the brandsyou want are dealing with.

  • They’d switch, later.

In a survey of 150 retailers, 92% said they were satisfied with their 3PL and 49% planned to change within three years.

  • Parcel costs keep climbing.

UPS and FedEx raised rates 5.9% on average for 2026, and the surcharges for residential, oversize and extra handling rose faster.

  • One coast, far zones.

A single warehouse ships most US orders to zones 5 to 8. A second node cuts transit days without touching the main operation.

  • Products that need special handling.

Fragrance, supplements, frozen food, batteries and oversized items get turned away or mishandled by general warehouses.

How your operation shapes the list

Your warehouse decideswhich brands we contact.

A brand shipping frozen food, lithium batteries, aerosols or sofas can’t use just any warehouse. We start from what your operation handles and build the list around the brands that need it.
  • Temperature control
  • Hazmat and fragrance
  • FDA-registered space
  • Bulky or heavy items
  • Retail EDI and routing guides
  • Kitting and subscription
  • A second US node
Who we target

The brandsthat fit your building.

Segments

  • Brands with products that need what you have: temperature control, hazmat and fragrance, FDA-registered space, bulky or heavy, retail EDI and routing guides, kitting and subscription
  • Brands shipping 500 to 20,000 orders a month
  • Brands whose customers sit far from their current warehouse
  • Amazon sellers that need FBA prep or FBM backup

Signals we use

  • Product category and claims on the store
  • Estimated monthly orders
  • Ships-from location vs customer location
  • Retail store locator
  • Marketplace presence
  • New product launches

Who we write to

  • The founder at brands under about $3M in revenue
  • The head of operations or supply chain above that
  • For 3PLs, replies from operations people turn into meetings more often than replies from founders
How it works

From your offerto brands that raised their hand.

  1. Step 1: Map

We pull every brand in our database whose products and order volume fit your warehouse, then split them by what they need: a second node, special handling, retail compliance.

  2. Step 2: Pick

Together we choose the segments where your offer is strongest, and the person to write to at each brand size.

  3. Step 3: Reach

We write short emails about the one problem you solve and send them from dedicated inboxes at low volume per inbox.

  4. Step 4: Hand off

Interested brands go to your sales team in Slack or your CRM, with the thread and context. Your team takes the conversation from there.

Sample angles

How we’d open the conversation.

Sample emails show the style we write in for a client. They are illustrations, not sent copy.
  1. Add a node.

“Keep your current 3PL. Add a second warehouse closer to your customers on the other coast.”

  2. Capability first.

“You sell fragrance. Most 3PLs won’t store it. We’re certified for hazmat.”

  3. Cost of the move, handled.

“We take over the transition in parallel so you never stop shipping.”

Only if your team really does this.

For our 3PL clients, price-first and peak-capacity angles barely got replies. A specialty or “second node” angle did.

Specialty 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses, US

    • Before: A previous agency produced nine leads in nine months.

    • What we did: Rebuilt the list from their own sales calls, wrote campaigns per product category, and warmed fresh domains for three weeks.

    • After: Qualified brand meetings from the first weeks, and a six-figure brand closed in month one.

“We spent a ton of money and maybe got one customer out of it over the course of nine months.”

    • After: 7 brand meetings in the first 5 weeks. One of those brands referred another, and the client started fulfilling for it in early October.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you only work with specialty 3PLs?
No. Specialty capabilities give us the sharpest angle, so we lead with them. General 3PLs work too when we can find a reason a brand would add you: location, price on a product type, retail compliance, a service the incumbent lacks.
Do you work with my competitors?
We don’t run two 3PLs targeting the same brands in the same region at the same time. Ask us about your region on the call.
Will brands really move warehouses after a cold email?
Some do. More often they add a second node first. We pitch the add, and your team handles the expansion.
Who replies, the founder or ops?
Both. At smaller brands it’s the founder. Above about $3M in revenue it’s the operations or supply chain lead, and those replies turn into meetings more often.
Can you target brands outside the US?
Yes. Foreign brands entering the US are some of our best-performing campaigns. See our page for market-entry 3PLs.
What do you need from us?
Your capabilities, locations, minimums, the brands you don’t want, and your CRM or a Slack channel for hand-offs.
What does it cost?
Start with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.
