For co-packers, co-manufacturers and private label makers

Growing brands that fit your line, asking about capacity.

We find ecommerce brands launching new SKUs or outgrowing their maker, only the ones that fit your minimums and certifications, and get them to reply.

The problem

Your best customersfound you by accident.

  • Problem 01

    Trade shows and directories.

Leads come in spikes after an event or from a directory where every maker sees the same brand.

  • Problem 02

    The wrong size.

Small brands ask for 500 units when your minimum is 5,000. Large brands already have long contracts.

  • Problem 03

    Long onboarding.

Formulas, samples and certifications take months, so a brand has to start talking before it needs you.

The brand’s side

Brands that want to growand can’t find a maker.

  • Minimums that don’t fit.

Typical food and beverage minimums sit around 1,000 to 5,000 units; can lines often want 2,000 to 5,000 cases per SKU.

  • Capacity they can’t reach.

In Oregon’s co-packing study, 86% of co-packers had spare capacity, yet high minimums and fees kept small brands out.

  • Months to switch.

Onboarding a new maker often takes 8 to 16 weeks. A brand dropped by its co-packer loses a season.

  • Tariffs on imported finished goods.

Recent tariffs pushed brands to look for US or nearshore production.

How it works

From your offerto brands that raised their hand.

  1. Step 1: Map

We pull brands in your categories whose claims and SKU growth match your certifications and run sizes, and drop the ones too small for your minimum.

  2. Step 2: Pick

Together we choose the segments where your offer is strongest, and the person to write to at each brand size.

  3. Step 3: Reach

We write short emails about the one problem you solve and send them from dedicated inboxes at low volume per inbox.

  4. Step 4: Hand off

Interested brands go to your sales team in Slack or your CRM, with the thread and context. Your team takes the conversation from there.

Sample angles

How we’d open the conversation.

Sample emails show the style we write in for a client. They are illustrations, not sent copy.
  1. A second line for the next SKU.

“Keep your current maker. Use us for the launch.”

  2. Your minimum, stated.

“We run from units, which fits a brand at your stage.”

  3. US-made, closer.

“Imported finished goods got more expensive in 2025. We make it in .”

Specialty 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses, US

    • Before: A previous agency produced nine leads in nine months.

    • What we did: Rebuilt the list from their own sales calls, wrote campaigns per product category, and warmed fresh domains for three weeks.

    • After: Qualified brand meetings from the first weeks, and a six-figure brand closed in month one.

“We spent a ton of money and maybe got one customer out of it over the course of nine months.”

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can you tell which brands meet our minimums?
Not exactly, but we can estimate size from order volume and SKU count and drop the ones that are clearly too small.
Can you target by certification?
Yes, by what the brand claims on its products: organic, gluten-free, vegan, GMP and similar.
Our sales cycle is months long. Does cold email still work?
Yes, if the first email starts the conversation early. We tag brands that say “not yet” and follow up at the date they give.
Do you work with private label makers?
Yes, the same approach applies.
What do you need from us?
Categories, certifications, minimums, line capacity and the brands you don’t want.
What does it cost?
Start with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.
