ROMAR AI is a lead generation and outbound marketing agency. We help business clients reach prospective customers and we operate booking and communication tools to schedule and conduct meetings with people who express interest in our services.

When you book a call with us or ask us to schedule one on your behalf, you provide contact details such as your name, email address, and, where applicable, your phone number. We use these details to confirm your meeting, send reminders, and respond to your questions about the meeting.

You agree to use our services and communications lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or decline service to anyone who violates these Terms.

Our services involve marketing and outreach. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, response rate, meeting volume, or revenue result. Any examples or projections are illustrative and not promises of performance.

All content, materials, and software we provide remain the property of ROMAR AI or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMAR AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
