Best Outbound Agencies for 3PLs (2026)
On this page

Most 3PLs don't lose deals on price. They lose them because the right brands never hear about them. Brands rarely switch 3PLs on impulse, so the outbound partner you pick decides who hears your pitch and when.

This guide compares 10 agencies that 3PLs ask about when they want more brand or shipper conversations: what each one does, what it costs where the price is public, where it's strong and where it isn't.

How we built this list: we're Romar AI, and we run outbound for 3PLs, so we put ourselves on it. We held every provider to the same checks: who they target for a 3PL, which channels they run, what proof they publish, and whether their pricing is public. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 13, 2026. If a site didn't publish something, we say so instead of guessing.

What does an outbound agency for a 3PL include?

A full outbound program for a 3PL usually covers five pieces of work:

  • Targeting: deciding which brands or shippers fit your warehouses, locations, product types and order volumes, then building that list.
  • Contacts: finding the person who owns fulfillment at each account and verifying the email address before anything is sent.
  • Sending setup: separate domains and mailboxes, warmed up before the first campaign, so your main domain stays out of it.
  • Copy and campaigns: short emails written for one segment at a time, sent in waves and adjusted on what gets replies.
  • Reply handling: answering replies, qualifying interest and passing real conversations to your sales team.

The big split between agencies is who they think a 3PL's buyer is. Some build for shippers moving freight. Others build for ecommerce brands that need storage and pick-and-pack. Pick the one that writes to the buyer you actually want.

1. Romar AI: Best for 3PLs that want ecommerce and physical-product brands as clients

Romar AI runs cold email outbound for companies that sell to ecommerce brands, and our longest-running clients are 3PLs. We map the brands that fit a 3PL's operation (cold chain, hazmat, bulky, FDA-registered, retail-ready and others), write to the person who owns fulfillment, and hand interested brands to the 3PL's team. We work with companies in the US, Canada, Mexico and the UK.

Romar AI key services

Our work runs in four steps:

  1. Map. We pull every brand that fits your offer and size the market.
  2. Pick. Together we choose the segments where your offer is strongest and who to write to.
  3. Reach. Short emails about the one problem you solve, sent from dedicated inboxes on separate domains.
  4. Hand off. Interested brands go to your team in Slack or your CRM, with the full thread.

We write for one product category at a time and skip per-lead AI personalization. We also run a separate program for market-entry 3PLs that bring foreign brands into the US, Canada, Mexico or the UK.

Romar AI pricing

Every engagement starts with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call. Before the first email goes out, we agree in writing on the target.

Where Romar AI shines

  • 3PL-to-brand focus. Our targeting starts from ecommerce brand data, so the list is brands that sell physical products online, filtered by category, region, sales channel and size.
  • Published 3PL results. A specialty US 3PL with FDA-registered warehouses had 28 brand meetings in 10 weeks and closed a six-figure brand in month one, after a previous agency produced nine leads in nine months. A founder-led 3PL in Winnipeg had 7 brand meetings in its first 5 weeks, and a referral from one of those brands became a live client in October 2026.
  • You work with the founders. Rodrigo Zabalaga builds the market map, sending setup and testing. Margaux Malarme runs campaigns day to day and hands replies to your team.

Where Romar AI falls short

  • Cold email only. We don't run cold calling or provide SDR seats. If you want phone outreach, SalesHive, Launch Leads or Martal cover it.
  • Brands, not freight shippers. If your buyers are enterprise shippers buying lanes and capacity, an agency built for shipper procurement, such as Launch Leads, fits better.
  • A small team. Two co-founders run every account, so we take on a limited number of clients at a time.
  • The US, Canada, Mexico and the UK only.

Who Romar AI is best for

3PLs, market-entry 3PLs and other providers whose best clients are ecommerce or physical-product brands, and who want a team that writes to those brands by product category.

See our case studies and our guide to how 3PLs get ecommerce brand clients.

2. Open Outbound: Best for 3PLs that want a small cold email operator with public pricing

Open Outbound is a B2B cold email agency led by founder Dan Bevan. Its site leads with Upwork reviews (Top Rated Plus, $100k+ earned) and per-prospect personalized emails, and it publishes a 3PL case study.

Key services

  • Cold email campaigns with copy and subject lines written per prospect.
  • Lead data, sending setup and booking qualified meetings into your calendar.

Pricing

Open Outbound publishes two options: a flat $4,000 per month, or $1,500 per month plus $500 per qualified meeting held.

Where Open Outbound shines

  • A public 3PL result. Its case study reports $921K in qualified pipeline and 32 qualified opportunities in six weeks for a third-party fulfillment company targeting ecommerce brands in Florida, from 2,368 contacts at a 4.3% reply rate.
  • Clear pricing, including a performance option.

Where Open Outbound falls short

  • Cold email is the core service. The site doesn't list calling or SDR teams.
  • A small operator. Reviews and the site center on the founder, so capacity is worth asking about.

Who Open Outbound is best for

3PLs that want hands-on cold email from a small team and want to know the price before the call.

3. Launch Leads: Best for 3PLs that sell capacity to shippers

Launch Leads is a B2B appointment setting and lead generation firm with a dedicated 3PL section: a 3PL lead generation page, a pricing page, an FAQ, a strategy guide and a free 3PL leads assessment. Its 3PL page talks about filling open capacity with "pre-screened shippers".

Key services

  • Appointment setting and outsourced SDRs.
  • Lead qualification, lead nurturing, dead lead revival and inbound lead response.
  • Custom prospect lists.

Pricing

A monthly retainer, custom to your modes, lanes, shipper targets and ramp goals. Their 3PL pricing page doesn't list numbers.

Where Launch Leads shines

  • Logistics-trained SDRs. The site says its reps know LTL vs. FTL, drayage, EDI and shipper procurement language.
  • Scale. It reports 152K+ appointments set and 16+ years of B2B lead generation experience.

Where Launch Leads falls short

  • Built around shippers and freight. If your target is ecommerce brands needing pick-and-pack, check that their lists and copy cover that buyer.
  • No public price.

Who Launch Leads is best for

Asset-based, asset-light and specialty 3PLs that sell capacity to shippers with long RFP cycles.

4. LeadHaste: Best for teams that want to own the infrastructure afterwards

LeadHaste is a done-for-you B2B lead generation agency founded in 2023. Its offer centers on booked meetings and on the client owning everything it builds.

Key services

  • Managed outbound from prospecting to booked meetings.
  • Signal-based targeting (funding, hiring, job changes).
  • Sending infrastructure registered in the client's name.

Pricing

$4,500 per month plus a $1,000 one-time setup. A three-month start, then month to month.

Where LeadHaste shines

  • You keep the domains, mailboxes, warmed reputation, prospect data and playbooks.
  • A meetings guarantee: the site says that if it misses the agreed booked-meeting floor, payments pause until it catches up.

Where LeadHaste falls short

  • Generalist. Its published case studies are in SaaS and tech, not 3PLs.
  • Its own fit check says it isn't for deals under $2K or teams with nobody available to answer replies.

Who LeadHaste is best for

3PLs that want a guaranteed meeting floor and want to own the setup if they bring outbound in-house later.

5. SalesHive: Best for 3PLs that want US-based SDRs, month to month

SalesHive is a B2B sales development agency with about ten years of booking meetings. It runs US-based SDRs on its own platform for calling and email, and lists Supply Chain and Logistics among its industries.

Key services

  • Cold calling (US-based and offshore teams) and email outreach.
  • List building, SDR outsourcing and appointment setting.

Pricing

A custom quote based on team, channels and daily outreach volume. The site says there are no setup fees, it runs month to month, and it doesn't price by the meeting.

Where SalesHive shines

  • Calling plus email from US-based SDRs.
  • No setup fees and no long-term contract.

Where SalesHive falls short

  • No meeting guarantee. Its FAQ says the number of meetings depends on your offer and market.
  • Generalist across 47 industries.

Who SalesHive is best for

3PLs that want phone outreach in the mix and prefer a flat monthly fee without a long contract.

6. Belkins: Best for larger 3PLs that want multichannel appointment setting

Belkins is a B2B lead generation agency founded in 2017. It runs appointment setting through cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn, and says it delivers 100 to 400+ qualified appointments a year.

Key services

  • Appointment setting, cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Lead research, deliverability consulting, HubSpot CRM consulting and outsourced SDRs.

Pricing

Monthly retainer packages, custom to your goals, markets and channels. No numbers on the pricing page.

Where Belkins shines

  • Several channels under one retainer.
  • A large team and a long list of published case studies.

Where Belkins falls short

  • Generalist. Logistics is one industry among many.
  • No public price.

Who Belkins is best for

Larger 3PLs with a sales team ready to take a steady flow of meetings from several channels.

7. CIENCE: Best for teams that want public pricing and optional SDR seats

CIENCE sells managed lead generation and go-to-market execution: outbound and inbound SDRs, cold email, cold calling and appointment setting, run on its graph8 platform.

Key services

  • A one-time go-to-market setup sprint.
  • A strategic team running campaigns month to month.
  • Optional SDR capacity, onshore or offshore.

Pricing

$5,000 one-time setup, then $2,000 per month for the team and $499 per month for the graph8 platform, so the first month is $7,499 all in. SDR capacity is quoted separately.

Where CIENCE shines

  • The most detailed public pricing on this list.
  • Month-to-month execution after setup.

Where CIENCE falls short

  • SDR seats cost extra, so the real monthly number depends on how much calling you add.
  • Generalist, not logistics-specific.

Who CIENCE is best for

3PLs that want to see the full price on the site and plan to add SDR seats as they grow.

8. Callbox: Best for enterprise logistics providers selling across countries

Callbox was founded in 2004 and runs multichannel B2B lead generation (phone, email, LinkedIn, chat and events). It reports 15K+ companies served and campaigns in 60+ countries, and it publishes several logistics and 3PL guides.

Key services

  • Lead generation and appointment setting across channels.
  • Regional teams for APAC and Latin America.

Pricing

Not published on a page we could reach (its pricing URL returned a 404 on October 13, 2026). Custom, scoped on a call.

Where Callbox shines

  • Reach across countries and languages.
  • 20+ years of campaigns.

Where Callbox falls short

  • The homepage leads with software, SaaS, cloud and cybersecurity clients.
  • Built for enterprise programs, which can be more than a smaller 3PL needs.

Who Callbox is best for

Larger logistics providers selling into several regions at once.

9. Martal: Best for 3PLs that want reps who also work deals after the meeting

Martal is a B2B lead generation and sales agency with 15 years in business and 200+ onshore sales executives. It lists Logistics and Supply Chain and Transportation among its industries.

Key services

  • Outbound and inbound lead generation, cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Sales outsourcing, customer onboarding and account management.

Pricing

Three tiers, from lead generation alone up to lead generation, onboarding and account management. Each is priced custom.

Where Martal shines

  • Can stay involved past the first meeting, through closing and onboarding.
  • Onshore reps.

Where Martal falls short

  • Generalist across many industries.
  • No public price.

Who Martal is best for

3PLs without much sales capacity that want a partner to help run deals, not only book meetings.

10. Drop & Hook: Best for 3PLs that need logistics marketing more than cold outbound

Drop & Hook is a transportation and logistics marketing agency founded in 2018. It works only with carriers, 3PLs, freight brokers and logistics tech companies, and it's a HubSpot Gold Partner.

Key services

  • Email marketing and freight newsletters.
  • HubSpot and marketing automation.
  • Paid media, SEO, social media and employer branding.

Pricing

Not published. Custom, scoped on a call.

Where Drop & Hook shines

  • Logistics-only team, so you don't have to explain your business.
  • Marketing and HubSpot work in one place.

Where Drop & Hook falls short

  • Marketing and nurture email, not cold outbound to new brands. Its email service is about nurturing leads and keeping your audience engaged.

Who Drop & Hook is best for

3PLs that already have leads and need a logistics marketing team to nurture them, run ads or set up HubSpot.

How to choose an outbound agency for a 3PL

1. Decide who your buyer is

If you want ecommerce brands that need storage and fulfillment, pick an agency that targets brands by product category and sales channel. If you sell freight capacity to shippers, pick one that knows shipper procurement. Ask each agency for a sample list of 20 accounts before you sign.

2. Decide on channels

Cold email reaches more accounts for less money. Calling adds conversations but costs more per seat. Romar AI and Open Outbound run cold email. SalesHive, Launch Leads, Belkins, Martal and CIENCE add phone and SDRs.

3. Ask how they protect your domain

Outbound should run on separate domains and mailboxes, warmed before launch. Ask what bounce rate makes them pause a campaign, and who owns the domains when you leave.

4. Ask for 3PL proof

Ask for a 3PL case study with a timeframe and a result. On this list, Romar AI and Open Outbound publish 3PL results that target ecommerce brands.

5. Ask what happens after a reply

Find out who answers replies, how fast, and how interested accounts reach your team (Slack, CRM or email).

How much does an outbound agency cost for a 3PL in 2026?

Provider Pricing (as of October 14, 2026)
Romar AI Start with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call
Open Outbound $4,000/month flat, or $1,500/month plus $500 per qualified meeting held
Launch Leads Custom monthly retainer
LeadHaste $4,500/month plus $1,000 setup, month to month after 3 months
SalesHive Custom quote, no setup fees, month to month
Belkins Custom monthly retainer
CIENCE $5,000 setup, $2,000/month team, $499/month platform, SDRs extra
Callbox Custom, scoped on a call
Martal Custom, tiered
Drop & Hook Custom, scoped on a call

Scope, channels and how many accounts you target set the final number, so most agencies quote after a call.

So, which outbound agency is right for your 3PL?

If your best clients are ecommerce and physical-product brands, Romar AI is built for that buyer. If you sell capacity to shippers, look at Launch Leads. If you want phone outreach, look at SalesHive or Martal. If you mostly need marketing for leads you already have, Drop & Hook is the logistics specialist.

If you want to see how many brands fit your warehouse and how we'd reach them, book a call with Romar AI.

FAQs

What does an outbound agency do for a 3PL?

It finds the brands or shippers that fit your operation, finds the person who owns fulfillment, sends cold email (and sometimes calls), handles replies and passes interested accounts to your sales team.

How much does outbound lead generation cost for a 3PL?

Published prices on this list run from $4,000 to $4,500 a month for cold email programs, plus setup fees at some agencies. Several agencies only quote after a call. Romar AI starts with a trial, then a retainer priced on the call.

Should a 3PL use cold email or cold calling?

Cold email reaches more accounts per dollar and works well for ecommerce brands, where founders and operations leads read email. Calling helps with larger shippers and procurement teams. Many 3PLs start with email and add calling once they know which segments reply.

How long until a 3PL sees results from outbound?

Sending domains need a few weeks of warmup before campaigns start. In our case studies, one 3PL had its first brand meeting four days after the first email, and another closed a six-figure brand in month one.

Is Romar AI's list biased?

We put ourselves first, and we said so at the top. Every other agency's details come from its own website, and we listed where each one fits better than we do.
